Soya Chunks with Green Peas

Soya Chunks – 2 cups
Onions – 1 cup, chopped
Tomatoes – 4, chopped
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Gram Flour ( Besan) – 1 tbs
Curd – 1 tbs
Green Chillies – 3, slit lenghtwise
Curry Leaves – a few
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Jeera (Cumin) – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Wash Soya Chunks & boil them with 2 cups of water for 15 minutes or until water evaporates. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a vessel, when hot, add mustard & allow them to splutter. Add jeera, onions, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, chillies and saute until onions turn light brown.

Add tomatoes, besan, green peas, curds, turmeric, dhaniya, garam masala, chilli and salt. Add little water & bring to boil.

When the mixture thickens, add the soya chunks & bring to another boil.

Garnish with cilantro.

Serve Hot with Rice/ Rotis.
