Capsicum Peas Curry

Ingredients:
2 Big Capsicums(green peppers)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp sour cream(you can even use fresh cream)
1 large onion grated
2 tsps gingergarlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dania powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 bunch of chopped cilantro
2 tbsps oil
salt to taste
Method:
Cut capsicum into bite size cubes.

Cook capsicum & peas in the microwave till it is done.

In a kadai add oil to this add jeera.

When it sizzles add grated onions.

Cook till it turns golden brown.

Then add ginger garlic paste.Fry for 2 min.

To this add tomato puree.Fry till the oil can be seen in the sides.

To this add all masalas.Then add sour cream.

Mix well.

Now add the cooked veggies.

Cook for 5 more min in low flame.Then add chooped cilantro on the top.

Serve with hot rotis.
