Sunnundalu

Ingredients:

    Urad Dal : 1 Kg (Minappappu)
    Sugar : 1.1 Kg
    Cashew nuts : 100gm
    Ghee : 500gm

Method of Preparation:

Fry Urad dal in pan till the color changes to light brown color.

Grind the fried urad dal.

Grind sugar.

Mix urad dal powder and sugar in a bowl

Take a little ghee and fry the cashew nuts in the ghee. Mix the fried cashew nuts in the urad dal-Sugar mix.

Heat the remaining ghee.

Pour the ghee in mixture and make round ladus immediately.

Ready…to EAT
