Cheesy palak-paneer balls




250 gm boiled potatoes.

250 gm spinach (boiled.)

100 gm paneer (mashed.)

12 cheese cubes.

1 tsp garam masala powder.

1 tbsp red chilli powder.

1 tbsp cumin seed powder.

oil to deep fry.

salt to taste.

3 tbsp maida.(for coating)


Mix all the ingredients accept cheese& maida.

Combine it in 12 equal portions.

Place a cube of cheese in it and make balls.

Mix maida with water to make smooth batter.

Dip the balls in maida and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
