Aalu Puff With Special Sauce


1/2 kg potatoes

2 eggs

black pepper to taste

3 tsp plain flour

salt to taste

2 green chillie paste

a small piece of paneer

bread crumbs as required

oil for deep frying



1 cup tomato ketchup

4 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp chilli or hot sauce

1/2 tsp orange powder

a pinch of chinese salt



Grind raw potatoes now add all ingredients and mix it well.

Heat oil in a pan with medium flame. When it warms add mixture just like pakoras.

When it becomes golden colour then turn out.

For making sauce; put all ingredients of sauce in a sauce pan and heat it for 10 minutes with low flame.

Serve this potato puff with sauce.
