Spicy Lamb-Brain Masala



2 lamb brains- cut into cubes

2 tsp refined oil

1 ½ tsp salt – to taste

chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves

1 big onion – sliced finely

1 ¼ tsp chilli powder

1 tsp freshly ground pepper powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp ground spices -(1 small-sambar onion,1 tsp Cumin seeds and 2 cinnamon sticks-medium size)

1 tsp ginger- garlic paste

1 cup water


Take a microwave bowl, mix all the ingredients and microwave this on high for 12 mins.

Spicy Lamb-brain Masala is ready to be served.

Serve it hot with rice or chapathi.
