Pepper Chicken


Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies 5-6
Curryleaves 2 sprig
Oil 3 tbsp

Method :

Heat a flat deep pan, add oil when it is hot.
Add powdered ingredients, ginger garlic paste and stir it well.
Add curryleaves and green chillies and fry for few seconds.
Remove green chillies once it is fried, to that add cooked chicken and fry on high flame.
Check for salt and add fried green chillies. Mix gently and serve.
