Chilli Chicken Masala



Part One:

3 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garam Masals

4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Inch Fresh Ginger
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Onion Sliced
4 Tomatoes
2 Black Cardamom Pods
1/2 Cup of Water

Part Two:

1/4 Bulb Fresh Garlic Finely Sliced
1 Finely Diced Onion
150g Tomato Puree

1/2 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
2 Tsp Curry Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
2 Chicken Breasts
Part 1 Ingredients Method:
Cook part 1 for 20 minutes, allow to cool then puree and set aside for later.

Part 2 Ingredients Method:-

Fry all for 10 min then add the diced chicken.
Cook for 5 min then add tomato puree and chopped tomatoes.
Transfer to a large pan adn add the pureed contents and cook for about 20 min.
Add garam masala and cook for 5  mi.>
Add fresh chopped coriander.
