200 gm chicken julienne100 gm butter50 gm onions10 gm garlic60 gm capsicum60 gm tomatoes3-4 black olivesSpinach-boiled and sauteedPotato-boiled and sauteedCarrots-boiled and sauteedBeans-boiled and sauteed60 ml White WineSalt and pepper-to taste

Heat butter and saute onions and garlic for about a minute.Add chicken and quick fry on high heat until chicken gets a brown texture on the outside.Add capsicum and tomatoes and saut?or a minute. Then add the white wine and season with salt and pepper.Add the black olives and serve with vegetables.
