Banana Cream Mould

Ingredients :

1 tbsp gelatin
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup hot water
1 cup mashed banana
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup cream

Method of Preparation :

Soften the gelatin in the lemon juice and stir this mixture into the hot water with the sugar till dissolved.

Stir the mashed banana into the gelatin mixture.

When about to set fold in the whipped cream.

Pour into a lightly oiled 4-cup size mould and chill.

Remove from mould. Decorate with cream, nuts or any colourful chopped fruit.
