Bread Peas Masala

 
 
Ingredients:
Bread – 4 slices
Boiled Peas – 1 cup
Potato – 2
Finely Sliced Tomato – 1 cup
Finely Sliced Onion – 1 cup
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 cup
Salt to Taste
Oil to Fry
Method:
 
Cut the bread slices into small cubes and deep fry in oil.
Boil and mash the potatoes. 
 Heat the oil in a kadai.  Saute the onions.
Add tomato, mashed potato, peas, chilli powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. 
 Add the fried bread pieces and cook till the gravy spreads on the bread.
When removing, garnish with curry leaves.
8. Serve hot.
